A great family day. The adult race will be followed up with the Kid's Splash-N-Dash. No sign-ups necessary. Just come prepared with suit, shoes and child. Distances will be determined race day with the age group that we have.

Sprint Race Distances (9:00am Start):

Swim - 0.5 Mile

Road Bike - 11 Miles

Trail Run - 2.5 Miles

Olympic Race Distances (9:00am Start):

Swim - 1 Mile

Road Bike - 22 Miles

Trail Run - 5 Miles
